While we have bought and sold homes a number of times, this particular transaction ranks as one of the best experiences that we have ever had.  Chris' attention to detail and follow-up was impeccable, we never felt stress or pressure.  While both Joe and Chris told us that Gazzo Realty is a premium realty company in all but the price... we really were not sure what to expect;  but I can tell you, having multiple showings, interested buyers, and an accepted offer in (3) days was fully unexpected.

We must say that we had previously discussed listing our home with one of the Big Name companies and honestly the fluff, arrogance of their "closer" and complete lack of market knowledge or preparation when coming to list our home was unbelievable.  They pale in compairison to the professionalism, dedication, and expertise we have received from Gazzo Realty.

In the Business World, Marketing Experts will tell you that the measure of success is Not "If" a customer will use or buy a product... but instead if that user or buyer would then "Recommend" that product to a trusted friend.  Please let me say in closing, that both Marianne and I proudly make full recommendation of Chris and Joe to our family and friends.  Gentlemen, thank you again for your superior service.
